Delivery Deadlines: Retalhos de Portugal ships orders daily. Within mainland Portugal, shipments take at least three to five business days. For abroad, delivery times are usually around a week (for Europe) or two (for the rest of the world)
Home deliveries: The distribution service is provided by Carrier CTT Expresso at the address given to us on working days from 9 am to 6 pm.
The customer must be at the indicated address or ensure that someone receives the order. If no one is at the indicated address, a notice will be left in the mailbox to pick up the order at the nearest CTT station (indicated in the notice) up to 5 working days later.
If the product is not picked up within the aforementioned deadlines, if the address is incorrect, the recipient is unknown at the address or refuses delivery, your order will be returned to us. When we receive it, we will inform you and we will be able to resend it, to the same or another recipient, at the same or another address, upon payment of a new shipping cost. If you do not choose to pay a new shipping cost, we will not be able to resend it.
Home delivery times during peak seasons are not guaranteed. In this way, we advise our customers to place their orders well in advance in high seasons, in order to guarantee their delivery. We assume no responsibility for delays by our delivery providers.
In this way, the delay in delivery within the stipulated period does not confer the right to compensation.
