Exchanges and Returns
Our store carries out exchanges and returns within 7 days of the order delivery date. The costs associated with sending the product to be returned or exchanged (as well as resending the new product) are entirely the customer's responsibility, unless the error or defect is ours.
There are no refunds in cash, but in credit for new purchases.
The user may exchange his order for another on the website (subject to available stock), with all costs related to the exchange being borne by the user.
Exchanges of products purchased online can also be carried out in store for another product available at the customer's choice, upon presentation of the invoice/proof of purchase.
