Shipping policy

Delivery Time: The Retalhos de Portugal expels orders daily. Within mainland Portugal, the shipments take, at least, three to five working days. For the foreigner, the delivery times are usually around a week (for Europe) or two (for the rest of the world) Home delivery: The delivery service is provided by CTT Expresso Transportadora at the address you gave us on working days from 9h to 18h. The client should be at the indicated address or ensure that someone receives the order. If there is no one at the indicated address, a notice will be left in the mailbox to pick up the order at the nearest CTT post office (indicated in the notice) up to 5 working days later. If the product is not picked up within these deadlines, if the address is incorrect, the recipient is unknown at the address or refuses delivery, your order will be returned to us. When we receive it we will inform you and we will be able to send it back to the same or another addressee, at the same or another address, upon payment of a new delivery charge. If you do not choose to pay the new shipping cost, we will not be able to re-send it. Home delivery times at peak times are not guaranteed. We therefore advise our customers to place their orders well in advance of peak times to ensure delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for delays on the part of our delivery suppliers. Thus, the delay of delivery in the stipulated period does not give the right to compensation.
